VHI Women's Mini Marathon - Well Done Ladies

With the weather on our side on Sunday, myself, Julia, Denise, Lorraine and Laura B walked, jogged and ran the 10km VHI Women's Mini Marathon for our charity of the year, Cystic Fibrosis Ireland.

We were involved as part of the 1 in 1000 campaign by Cystic Fibrosis Ireland. Between the 5 of us we raised just under €500. The money raised was donated to the charity to improve the quality of life for people with CF in Ireland. The money will be used for;

- Services & supports for people with CF including Exercise, Fertility, and Transplant Grants

- Patient services in CF units in hospitals nationwide

- Medical & Scientific Research

- Advocacy & Information Services
