Interesting Few Days

Hi all,

What an incredible day yesterday !!! As ye know, we don’t go for loads of self congratulating at the event, but the feedback from everyone does reflect the amazing quality and spirit of Talent Summit. I am sure, in their humility, Robbie, Julia, Kate, Clare, Jamie, Tom, Frank, Eric, Rossa, etc. would be first to acknowledge everyone’s support in putting together and engaging with the event, but we have to say a huge “respect and thanks” to the long days (and nights !!!) and good humoured brilliance of the organising team !!!!

Not only was it the largest HR/Talent event in the history of Ireland, some senior business attendees said it was the best conference they were ever at !!! And it’s hard to argue with that.

Anyway thanks again to everyone and I hope ye enhanced some existing and new relationships as a result.

Seems like a long time ago, but just to let ye know on Wednesday we were awarded in the Top Ten Great Places to work in Ireland. Another great result, considering we were in the medium category against major corporations (many of whom engage GPTW and other consultants to “support” their campaign !!!). Great team effort but have to say Jamie & Julia did most of heavy work, with everything else going on !!!! In the few companies behind us, I noticed DropBox, Bayer, IBEC and Volkswagen.
